Jarmila is the Founder of YUnique Marketing Ltd, she’s a globally ranked Top100 CMO, a Chartered Marketer, and a Top50 Business Advisor. A multi award-winning businesswoman and proud mum, Jarmila enjoys forging strong links between education and business, and supporting entrepreneurship in her home county of Surrey and beyond. She’s a Fellow of the IDM and the CIM, a member of the DMA and the CIPR, and a Liveryman and Court Assistant of the Worshipful Company of Marketors. Jarmila has served as Chair of the DMA’s Talent Council and Chair of the Surrey & Berkshire Branch of the IoD and is the Local Leader for Enterprise Nation representing Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. An alumna of Royal Holloway, University of London, she’s especially delighted to lend support to her alma mater and Chairs the International Advisory Board at The Business School at Royal Holloway; where she also often guest lectures on Marketing, Employability & Entrepreneurship – supporting students to enter the world of work.
With over 30 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, Jarmila knows what it takes to develop successful marketing strategies and how to lead a marketing team to achieve peak performance. She’s often invited to share her insights on marketing, business transformation and the world of work at events and in the media, and frequently judges business awards. Jarmila is a registered mentor on marketing careers with the CIM, the DMA and B2BMarketing; and most recently developed a Marketing Career Mentoring Programme for the Business School at Royal Holloway supported by the Worshipful Company of Marketors. A full member of the Association of Business Mentors she has offered business mentoring via Virgin Startup, Be the Business, Small Business Britain and The Help to Grow Management Program and served as a Business Growth Champion business in the Enterprise M3 Growth Hub/LEP region. She delights in sharing her expertise and provides advisory services where she gets to encourage business leaders to leverage the power of excellent marketing and to support marketing talent development to drive their business innovation, productivity and growth.
