The DATR Theme is focused on cataloguing, managing and expanding the data, technology, and expertise resources of the Department so that they can be utilised most efficiently in our innovative research and teaching.
The resources we focus on include our world-class technical and support team, our state-of-the-art facilities, but also existing expertise, databases and repositories. As such, DATR is primarily a support theme that directly feeds into the other three Research Themes (Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services, Healthy Ageing and Molecular Medicine, and Sustainable Engineering and Food Security) and consists of members from across the Department.
