The Early Career Researchers (ECR) Academy is an inclusive researcher-led initiative accessible to all ECRs at Royal Holloway.
It provides an environment where ECRs can flourish and develop a sense of community by fostering collaborative relationships to address key challenges and sharing best practice with peers.
The University introduced a dedicated leadership role for the Academy in 2024, as part of the RH2030s vision for inclusive and excellent research. Our current Chair is Dr Vera Hoelscher, Lecturer in Marketing.
