Our commitment

Royal Holloway is fully committed to embedding a culture of innovation and excellence and to achieving real world impact through its research. We therefore welcome the publication of the Independent Review of University Spin Out Companies which provides a framework to underpin the commercialisation of research and the opportunity to ensure best practice is followed throughout the sector. The University substantively adopts all the Review’s best practice guidance including agreeing spin-out deals on market terms, avoiding unnecessary negotiations and implementing the equity splits identified via TenU’s University Spin-out Investment Terms
