The RHRCG Working Groups Action Plan for 2025–26 sets out practical actions across antisocial behaviour, transport and parking, and student accommodation.

Some early steps are already in motion. These include refreshed student welcome information and working with Runnymede Borough Council to simplify reporting routes through the “Report It” page. Royal Holloway has also begun providing student-accommodation data to the RHRCG and contributed information to the community report on accommodation published earlier this autumn by Egham Residents' Association.
